Qualifications by Post

• Officer-in-Charge (OIC): Graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience as Physician in an institute or in managerial roles
• Medical Officer: MBBS with at least 3 years’ post-internship experience, preferably with additional medical qualification
• Dental Officer: BDS with minimum 3 years’ experience
• Medical Specialist: MD/MS in the relevant specialty or DNB with at least 3 years’ post-graduate experience
• Gynaecologist: Postgraduate degree with relevant experience
• Radiologist: PG Degree with at least 3 years’ experience after PG
• Dental A/T/H: Diploma in Dental A/T/H or Class-1 DH/DCORA (Armed Forces) with 5 years’ experience
• Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma or Class-1 Nursing Assistant Certificate with 5 years’ experience
• Pharmacist: B Pharmacy or diploma in pharmacy with relevant science background and 3 years’ experience
• Laboratory Technician: BSc (Medical Lab Technology) or equivalent with 3 years’ experience in a medical lab
• Laboratory Assistant: DMLT or Class-1 Lab Tech with 5 years’ experience
• Physiotherapist: Diploma/Class-1 Physiotherapist with 5 years’ experience
• Radiographer: Diploma/Class-1 Radiographer with 5 years’ experience
• Clerk: Graduate with clerical trade qualification and computer proficiency, 5 years’ experience
• Driver: Class 8th/1st MT Driver with a Civil Driving Licence and 5 years’ experience
• Peon: Class 8th or GD Trade with 5 years’ experience
• Chowkidar: Education up to 8th standard or GD Trade for Armed Forces
• Safaiwala: Literate with 5 years’ experience
• Female Attendant: Literate with 5 years’ experience in civil/army health institutions
