Age Limit

Maximum age for contractual engagement is 65 years. Age as on 31-12-2025 applies. The engagement may be renewable up to 65 years based on performance and conditions.

Educational Qualifications by Post

• Officer-in-Charge: Graduate with at least 5 years of healthcare administration/managerial experience
• Medical Officer: MBBS with at least 5 years’ post-internship experience; specialization in Medicine/Surgery preferable
• Dental Officer: BDS with at least 5 years of work experience
• Nursing Assistant (General): GNM Diploma or Armed Forces Nursing Assistant course with at least 5 years of experience
• Pharmacist: Graduate/Armed Forces equivalent with at least 5 years of experience
• Lab Technician: B Pharmacy or 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and at least 3 years of experience
• Dental Assistant: Diploma in Dental Hygiene or related Armed Forces course with at least 5 years of experience
• Driver: Minimum 8th standard education, MT Driver (Armed Forces) and civil driving licence with at least 5 years of experience
• Female Attendant: Literate with at least 5 years of experience in Civil/Army Health Institutions
• Safaiwala: Literate with at least 5 years of experience
