Eligibility Details

  • General Manager (Signalling / Telecom)
    • Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science from a government-recognised university.
    • Minimum 20 years post-qualification experience in Signalling & Telecommunication systems in Railways/Metro Rail/Organised Services/PSUs.
    • At least 5 years in a senior administrative/managerial role (JAG/SAG equivalent in Railways or GM/AGM/CGM level in Metro/PSUs).
  • General Manager (Operations)
    • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics & Communication / Computer Science Engineering.
    • 20 years post-qualification experience in maintenance/project/operation in Railway / Modern Metro System.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operation of Electric Loco / EMU / Modern Metro.
  • Deputy General Manager (Safety)
    • Engineering degree.
    • 14 years post-qualification experience in Maintenance / Project / Operation in Railway / Modern Metro System in the Safety department.
    • Experience in conducting inspections and follow-up actions, preferably in Operations / Signalling / Civil / P-Way / Rolling Stock / Electrical departments.
  • Deputy General Manager (SSM)
    • Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
    • 14 years post-qualification experience in Permanent Way / Track Maintenance / Civil Construction & Maintenance in Railways / Metro Railway / Railway PSU.
  • Deputy General Manager (AFC / Tele)
    • Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science.
    • 14 years post-qualification experience in Railways / Metro Railways / Suburban Railways or related design/construction work involving modern signalling systems.
    • At least 5 years’ experience at a senior level in maintenance of signalling/telecommunication assets.
  • Deputy General Manager (Stores)
    • Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
    • Experience in store functions in Railways / Railway PSUs / PSUs / Modern Metro System / private firms.
    • Minimum 14 years in handling large value stores, inventory management, tendering & procurement of project spares/tools & equipment.
  • Deputy General Manager (P-Way)
    • Degree in Civil Engineering.
    • 14 years post-qualification experience in Permanent Way / Maintenance / Construction in Railways / Metro / Railway PSU.
