  • Assistant Manager (Accounts): CA/ICWA or equivalent qualification.
  • Senior Accounts Officer: Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
  • Assistant Manager (Legal): Law degree (B.L./LL.B.) with knowledge of Corporate and Labour Laws; experience in courts preferred.
  • Manager Grade III (Finance): CA/ICWA.
  • Senior Officer (Finance): CA/ICWA.
  • Senior Officer (Legal): B.L./LL.B. from a UGC-recognized college.
  • Manager (Marketing): MBA (Marketing) with extensive industry experience.
  • Manager (Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering).
  • Deputy Manager (Electrical/Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech. in respective discipline.
  • Deputy Manager (Materials): B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical) + Diploma in Materials Management.
  • Assistant Manager (Materials): B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical) + Diploma in Materials Management.
  • Deputy Manager (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
  • Deputy Manager (Mechanical): 10 years experience; cement sector preferred.
  • Deputy Manager (Materials): 10 years in materials inventory.
  • Assistant Manager (Materials): 5 years in materials inventory.
