Age Limits

• Deputy Registrar: Not more than 50 years.
• Assistant Registrar / Deputy Engineer (Civil) / Assistant Librarian: Not more than 40 years.
• Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical) / Statistical Assistant: 21 to 35 years.
• Library Assistant: Not more than 32 years.

Age relaxation as per Government of India rules. The upper age limit is not applicable to existing government/university employees.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, plus 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor (Level 10+) or 5 years as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
• Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, plus 3 years of experience in relevant university fields (Procurement/HR/Academics/Accounts/Examinations).
• Deputy Engineer (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (55%; Master’s preferred), plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering (55%); Master’s degree desirable.
• Statistical Assistant: Bachelor’s degree with Statistics as a major.
• Assistant Librarian: Master’s degree in Library Science (55%), good academic record, and cleared UGC NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per regulations.
• Library Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science or equivalent, 30 wpm typing speed in English, and computer knowledge.
