Education paths:

• Postgraduate Degree (e.g., MBA, ME/MTech, MSc, etc.) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years at the level of Superintendent or supervising a section with a scale not less than Superintendent.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years at the level of Superintendent or supervising a section with a scale not less than Superintendent.

General requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience working in reputed scientific/technical institutions and reporting to senior administrators.
• Experience interacting with multidisciplinary teams, including faculty members, senior scientists/engineers, and high-level policymakers.
• Significant experience in managing communications with domestic and international granting agencies and senior international academics/policymakers (including email, online meetings).
• Experience in writing reports, facilitating academic manuscript production, and refining documents.
• Ability to provide administrative and logistical support, manage individual and group schedules, and work with computer information systems for processing and retrieval.
