  • Specialist (Full Time/Part Time): Not exceeding 69 years.
  • Senior Resident (3 Years Residency Scheme): Not exceeding 45 years.
  • Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD categories.

Eligibility

Eligible Posts and Qualifications

  • Super Specialist (Entry Level): MBBS with MD/MS/DNB and DM/DNB in the relevant super specialty with at least 3 years of experience; for 5-year DM/MCh holders, senior PG residency counts toward experience.
  • Super Specialist (Senior Level): MBBS with MD/MS/DNB and DM/DNB in the relevant super specialty with at least 5 years of experience; senior PG residency in 5-year DM/MCh counts toward experience.
  • Full Time Contractual Specialist - Junior: MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma in the relevant specialty with 3 years’ experience after PG Degree or 5 years’ experience after PG Diploma.
  • Full Time Contractual Specialist - Senior: MBBS with PG Degree in the relevant specialty with 5 years’ experience in a responsible position after PG Degree.
  • Part Time Contractual Specialist: PG Degree or Diploma in the relevant specialty with 3 years’ experience after PG Degree or 5 years’ experience after PG Diploma.
  • Senior Resident (3-year scheme): MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma or equivalent; if not available, MBBS with 2 years’ experience (including 1 year in the relevant specialty) from Government/private hospital may be appointed for 1 year on a contract basis.
  • Registration: Candidates must be registered with MCI/UP State Medical Council before joining if selected.
  • Reservation/Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates must provide valid certificates in prescribed Government of India formats for reservation and age relaxation benefits.
  • Senior Residency Tenure: Those who have already completed 3 years of Senior Residency in Government institutions need not apply under the scheme.

  • Payment Mode: Demand Draft in favour of “ESI Fund Account No. 1” drawn on any scheduled bank, submitted at the time of document verification cum walk‑in‑interview. DD must be issued after the date of advertisement.

How to Apply

Important Instructions

  • Candidates must report with original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies on the day of interview; incomplete documents will lead to rejection.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview; arrange your own travel and stay.
  • Reserved category candidates must produce valid certificates in Government of India formats; OBC certificates should not be older than one year from the interview date.
  • Registration with MCI/UP State Medical Council is required before joining if selected.
  • Government employees must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
  • Doctors who have already completed 3 years of Senior Residency in a Government institution need not apply under the scheme.
  • Selected Specialists/Super Specialists must submit a professional indemnity policy within 7 days of engagement.
  • Vacancies may be increased or decreased; the competent authority reserves the right to fill or not fill any post without assigning reasons.
