Age Details

• Faculty: Not exceeding 69 years.
• Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years.
• Medical Officer: Not exceeding 35 years.
• The crucial date for determining age is the date of the Walk-in Interview for the respective post.

Eligibility Details

Faculty & Senior Resident

• As per Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations 2025 (NMC Gazette Notification dated 30-06-2025).
• Generally requires MBBS and a recognized postgraduate medical degree (MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCh) in the concerned specialty.

Medical Officer

• Recognized MBBS degree with compulsory rotating internship.

Additional Points

• In case of non-availability of super-specialty candidates (MCh/DM/DrNB), candidates from the concerned parent broad specialties will be considered.

Desirable

• For Medical Officer at DCBO-Sadashivpet, preference to candidates with MD/DNB in General Medicine.
• In Dentistry, preference for MDS in Prosthodontics, Crown & Bridge, and Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics.

Experience

• Experience should be recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the concerned statutory body.
• For DNB equivalence for teaching purposes, senior residency in a medical college for an additional period of one year may be required.

  • 06-01-2026 for Anesthesia, Surgical Oncology, Medical Gastroenterology, Neonatology

• Reporting Time: 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM on the interview day

Application Fees

• SC/ST candidates, female candidates, ex-servicemen & PH candidates: NIL
• All other categories: ₹500
• Fees are payable online via SB Collect at the venue during registration/document verification.

Additional Instructions

• Vacancies are provisional and may change.
• Candidates applying for multiple cadres/departments must submit separate applications.
• Contract terms: Faculty-initial 1 year (extendable up to 3 years or until 70 years of age); Senior Residents-initial 1 year (extendable up to 3 years); Medical Officer-1 year.
• Selected Faculty/Senior Residents must deposit ₹1,00,000 as a security deposit at joining (forfeited if resigning within 1 year or failing to serve notice period).
• Immediate joining after offer; no TA/DA for walk-in interview.
• Bring original documents and two copies of recent self-attested passport-size photographs at reporting.
• Venue: Academic Block, ESIC Medical College, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad.
• Dress and conduct as per ESIC guidelines; closely follow reporting time.
