Age Limits (as on 31-12-2025)

• Grade-II (Officer/Engineer): Maximum 29 years
• Grade-III (Assistant Manager): Maximum 30 years
• Grade-III (Assistant Manager Medical): Maximum 30 years
• Grade-IV (Manager): Maximum 34 years
• Grade-VII (Deputy General Manager): Maximum 45 years
• Grade-VIII (General Manager): Maximum 48 years
• Grade-IX (Chief General Manager): Maximum 51 years

Age relaxations: SC/ST 5 years; OBC-NCL 3 years; PwD +10 years (beyond admissible relaxations) with minimum 40% disability. Maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years. Ex-servicemen in Security positions: upper age limit up to 45 years as of 31-12-2025.

Qualifications by Position

• Chief General Manager (Digital Transformation): Full-time First Class Engineering degree (preferably Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication). PG Degree/Diploma in Management/MBA adds advantage.
• General Manager (Construction Equipment): Full-time First Class Engineering degree in Mechanical/Automobile. PG Degree/Diploma in Management/MBA adds advantage.
• Deputy General Manager (Engine Assembly): First Class Degree in Mechanical/Thermal/Automobile Engineering.
• Engineer/Assistant Manager (Tooling): First Class Degree in Tool Engineering OR First Class Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with ME/MTech or relevant PG in Tool Engineering or Tool, Die and Mold Design.
• Assistant Manager (R&D Maritime): First Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Naval Architecture/Ocean Engineering.
• Officer/Assistant Manager (Security): Graduate in any discipline with specified training qualifications from Defence Forces or Police/Intelligence training institutions or NCC-C Certificate with 2 years security experience.
• Assistant Manager/Manager (Raj Bhasha): First Class Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level; Ph.D. in Hindi preferred.
• Assistant Manager (Paediatrician): MBBS with DCH/MD/DNB (Paediatrics).
• Assistant Manager (General Physician): MBBS with MD/DNB (General Medicine).
• Officer (Medical): MBBS.
• Consultant (Physician): MBBS with MD/DNB (General Medicine).
• Consultant (Dermatologist): MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma (Dermatology).
• Consultant (ENT Surgeon): MBBS with MS(ENT) or Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology.
• Consultant (General Surgeon): MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery.
• Consultant (Radiologist): MBBS with MD/DMRD in Radiology.

Essential Qualifications

• First class is reckoned at 60% aggregate.
• Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST & PwD candidates.
• CGPA conversions to percentage must be provided where applicable.

Experience (selected highlights)

• Varies by post, from 2 years to 21 years of post-qualification experience, with specific domain requirements per role.
• Fresher allowances exist for some medical/Paediatrician/General Physician roles as indicated in the detailed notification.
