Age Limit Calculation

Age will be calculated as of July 1, 2025.

Age Criteria

• Minimum Age: 18-21 Years (Post Wise)
• Maximum Age: 42 Years

Assistant Accountant

• Graduation Degree in Commerce (B.Com) OR Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) OR Post Graduate in Accountancy from a recognized University.
• Hindi Typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour on computer.

Office Assistant III (Accounts)

• Graduation Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized University with knowledge of Hindi Devanagari script.
• Minimum Hindi Typing speed @6000 Key Depressions Per Hour (KDPH).
• Minimum English Typing speed @7000 KDPH on computer.
• Minimum one-year Diploma/Certificate in Computer Course from a recognized institution.

Record Keeper-cum-Store Keeper

• Intermediate (10+2) with Commerce subject from a recognized Board.
• Minimum Hindi Typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour on computer.

Cashier / Data Entry Operator

• Intermediate (10+2) examination with Commerce (Accountancy subject) passed from Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad Uttarakhand/Uttar Pradesh or equivalent recognized board.
• Minimum Hindi Typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour on computer.
