Age Details

35 years and above on the last date of application. In-service High Court employees may receive up to 5 years of relaxation as per government rules.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, with a minimum speed of 90 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in typing, plus a Computer certificate, and more than 5 years of experience as a Stenographer or Private Secretary.

Nationality

Indian citizens. Suitable proof (birth certificate, passport, Identification certificate for Sikkim subjects, or Voter ID) is required.

2. Fill the form in English, in your own handwriting.
3. Attach a recent passport-size photograph in the designated places.

5. Submit the filled application form and documents in person at the Registrar General’s office during working hours or send via Registered/Speed Post to Registrar General, High Court of Sikkim, Gangtok - 737101.
6. Applicants currently in government service should apply through proper channel.
