Post-wise Eligibility Criteria

• Chief Design Expert/Civil: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent OR Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Assistant Safety and Health Expert: Diploma in any branch of Engineering.
• R&R Social Expert: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related fields OR Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
• Environmental Expert: Bachelor's Degree in Environment Engineering/Environment Management or equivalent OR Post Graduate Degree in Environment Engineering or equivalent.
• Sr. Design Expert-Civil: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent OR Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Sr. Resident Engineer/General Electrification: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a combination of any substream of basic streams of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent OR Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a combination of any substream of basic streams of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Sr. Resident Engineer/Civil: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent OR Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent.
• Sr. Contract Expert: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent OR Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Selection Process

• Applications will be screened for eligibility, and candidates may be shortlisted for selection.
• The company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for selection from eligible applicants.
• Due to the prevalent pandemic situation, the selection process may be conducted online, based on RITES' requirements and discretion.
• The selection will be based entirely on an Interview, with a weightage distribution of 100% for the Interview.
• A minimum of 60% marks for UR/EWS candidates (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD against reserved posts) in the interview will be required for consideration for placement on the panel. There will be no minimum qualifying marks required in the aggregate.
• Candidates must produce copies of claimed educational qualifications and experience, which will be verified from original documents at the appropriate stage and are subject to verification from the original source.

How to Apply

• Before applying, candidates should ensure that they satisfy the necessary conditions and requirements for the position.
• Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are required to apply online through the registration format available in the Career Section of the RITES website, http://www.rites.com.
• While submitting the online application, the system will generate a 'Registration No.' on top of the online form. Candidates should note this "Registration No." for all future communication with RITES Ltd.
• When filling in the details, candidates are advised to carefully and correctly fill in the details of "Identity Proof."
• Candidates should also ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof, as it will be required to be produced in original at later stages of selection.
• After filling in the required details under the "Fill/Modify Application Form," candidates should submit the application.
• Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the submitted Application Form with them and to carry it at the time of selection.
