• Deputy Manager (E-3): Up to 40 years
• Assistant Manager (E-2): Up to 40 years
• Age relaxations as per Government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ExSM
• Maximum age after all relaxations: 56 years as on the cutoff date

Essential Qualifications (by Department)

• Operation & Maintenance: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering/Technology
• Chemical Department: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Chemical Engineering/Technology. Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification may be preferred
• Mechanical Department: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical Engineering/Technology
• Instrumentation Department: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engg. in Instrumentation or related fields
• Civil Department: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engg. in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology
• Chemical Lab: M.Sc. (Chemistry)
• Materials: engineering degree or MBA (Materials Management/Supply Chain) or PG Diploma in Materials Management (02 years regular course)
• Transportation: engineering degree or MBA (Materials Management) or related PG Diploma
• Human Resource: MBA/Integrated MBA or PG Diploma in HRM/IR; LLB desirable
• Pharmacy: Pharmacy degree with valid registration
• Finance & Accounts: CA or CMA or MBA with Finance specialization (not general MBA)
• Information Technology: B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg. in CS/IT or MCA

Essential Educational Qualifications

• Full-time regular qualifications with minimum 60% marks (except for CA/CMA)
• Recognized by UGC/AICTE/State technical boards
• No Part-Time/Correspondence/Distance/Online/Evening qualifications
• Matriculation/DOB verification using 10th certificate
• Equivalence certificates as required
• Computer literacy desirable for all candidates

Experience Requirements

• General Manager (E-8): 26 years post-qualification experience
• Deputy General Manager (E-7): 23 years
• Chief Manager (E-6): 20 years
• Senior Manager (E-5): 16 years
• Manager (E-4): 12 years
• Deputy Manager (E-3): 8 years
• Assistant Manager (E-2): 4 years
• Experience must be relevant to the post and in-line with the company
• Apprenticeship and certain contract experiences may not be counted
• Preference for in-line experience in the Chemical and Fertilizer industry

Desirable

• Domain-specific experience and process industry exposure
• DCS/maintenance/troubleshooting knowledge
• IT posts: SAP experience may be preferred
