RCFL Recruitment 2025-26: 10 Senior Engineer, Manager Posts - Online Apply

Age limits (as on 01-11-2025)

• Senior Engineer (Chemical) E2 Grade: UR 36, SC 41, OBC (NCL) 39
• Manager (Chemical) E4 Grade: UR 42, OBC (NCL) 45
• Additional concession: 5 years for children/family members affected by the 1984 riots Note: Maximum age considers standard age limits with applicable concessions.

Educational Qualifications

• Regular and full-time 4-year BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Engineering / Petrochemical Technology.

Other Qualifications

• All qualifications must be from a UGC/AICTE-recognized University or Institution.
• Desirable: Regular and full-time Dual/Integrated Degrees in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Engineering / Petrochemical Technology from UGC/AICTE-approved institutes.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in the fertilizer industry, with ammonia or ammonia plants integrated with urea plants. Preference given to candidates with ammonia plant experience.

• SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female candidates: No fee

Reservations and Standards

• Reservations for SC/OBC (NCL)/EWS will follow applicable government guidelines. Category changes after submission are not allowed.
• OBC (NCL) candidates must provide a valid OBC certificate as per Government of India norms. The certificate should indicate non-creamy layer status.
• All documents should be in the prescribed formats and within the size limits noted in the application portal.
