Eligibility Details

• Qualifications: Post Graduation in any discipline with at least 55% marks; B.Com with relevant 2 years of work experience in accounts-related tasks in Government or Private Sector, along with working knowledge of PFMS and proficiency in computer applications.
• Desirable: Experience in developing guidelines and protocols for social audits, conducting training programs (including training material preparation), documentation, assessment reports, and research/evaluation studies; proficiency in MIS; excellent command of Hindi and English.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of grassroots experience with CSOs, including at least 3 years in social audit; computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web browsing); strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for a multi-disciplinary team environment.
