Eligibility Criteria

For Sr. Manager (Civil) (E-3)

• Retired in PB-3/2-GP 5400/4800 (6th CPC) or E-3 IDA scale of Rs. 24,900-50,500 (pre-revised 2nd PRC).

For Manager (Civil) (E-2)

• Retired in PB-2-GP 4600 (6th CPC) or E-2 IDA scale of Rs 20,600-45,600 (pre-revised 2nd PRC).

General Eligibility

• Officers who have taken Voluntary Retirement (VR) or retired on superannuation from Railways, other government departments, central PSUs, ports, or JV companies under government control with experience in execution of infrastructure projects (railways, metros, ports, highways, etc.).
