• Project Scientist E: 50 years
• Project Scientist III: 45 years
• Project Scientist II: 40 years
• Project Scientist I: 35 years
• Scientific/Admin Assistant: 30 years

Category relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Eligibility per post

• Project Scientist E: M.Sc./B.Tech + Doctorate/M.Tech preferred; 11 years of experience.
• Project Scientist III: M.Sc./B.Tech + Doctorate/M.Tech preferred; 7 years of experience.
• Project Scientist II: M.Sc./B.Tech + Doctorate/M.Tech preferred; 3 years of experience.
• Project Scientist I: M.Sc./B.Tech + Doctorate/M.Tech preferred; experience not mandatory.
• Scientific Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Computers/IT/Electronics/Telecom.
• Admin Assistant: Bachelor’s degree with computer skills.
