Educational Qualifications

• Post-Graduation/Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognised university/institute, with a consistently good academic record.

Experience

• Overall 15 years of experience across industry and academia, including business development, academic activities, and corporate training, preferably with exposure to both industry and academia.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in end-to-end programme delivery and coordination, with exposure to marketing and coordinating executive education programs/concept selling.
• Experience dealing with international clients is an added advantage.

Preferred Institutions

• Experience of working at IIMs/IITs/NITs or other premier institutions will be preferred.
