• GM (Technical/HR): Maximum 52 years
• DGM (HR) & Manager (HR): Maximum 45 years
• Deputy Manager (Safety/Finance): Maximum 35 years
• Senior Chief Project Superintendent (Technical): Maximum 56 years
• Senior Consultant (Marine Technical Works): Maximum 62 years

Relaxations: 5 years age relaxation and 1 year lower-grade experience for internal permanent employees; age relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex‑servicemen as per government rules.

Educational Qualification

• General Manager (Technical) (E7): Full-time engineering graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Naval Architecture with at least 60% marks from an AICTE-recognized university/institute. Desirable: Post-graduation in Engineering/Management.
• General Manager (HR) (E7): Full-time graduate in any discipline with at least 60% marks and full-time PG degree/diploma in Management with HR/IR specialization (60% marks). Desirable: Law degree.
• Deputy General Manager (HR) (E5): Full-time graduate with 60% marks and full-time PG degree/diploma in Management with HR/IR specialization (60%). Desirable: Law degree.
• Manager (HR) (E3): Full-time graduate with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) and full-time PG degree/diploma in Management with HR/IR/Labour Laws. Desirable: LLB/LLM.
• Deputy Manager (Safety) (E2): Full-time engineering graduate with at least 60% marks and a full-time Diploma (≥1 year) in Industrial Safety.
• Deputy Manager (Finance) (E2): Graduate with Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant qualifications; MBA in Finance desirable.
• Senior Chief Project Superintendent (Technical) (FTC): Full-time engineering graduate with at least 60% marks; PG in Engineering/Management desirable.
• Senior Consultant (Marine Technical Works): Engineering graduate (Civil preferred) with post-graduation in Civil Engineering or marine works; IIT or equivalent desirable.

Experience

• GM (Technical/HR): ≥22 years post-qualification experience in relevant sectors, with at least 3 years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent CTC.
• DGM (HR): ≥15 years post-qualification HR/IR experience.
• Manager (HR): ≥9 years post-qualification HR/IR/Legal/Administration experience; preference for legal/RTI exposure.
• Deputy Manager (Safety): ≥5 years in Safety in large industrial setups with statutory exposure.
• Deputy Manager (Finance): ≥5 years post-qualification experience in Finance/Cost Accounting/Management.
• Senior Chief Project Superintendent (Technical): ≥24 years post-qualification experience in shipbuilding/design/repairs.
• Senior Consultant (Marine Technical Works): ≥25 years in defence-related marine projects.
