Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 69 years (as on 26-12-2025)

Eligibility Details

• Qualifications: In accordance with the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI).
• Essential qualifications: As per the latest NMC/MCI guidelines.

Important Dates

• Walk-in Interview Date: 26-12-2025 (Reporting between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
• Walk-in Conducted for Teaching Faculty positions as per advertisement

Application Fees

• SC/ST/ESIC Employees, Female Candidates, Ex-servicemen, PwD: Nil
• Others: ₹500

Payment Mode

• Demand Draft in favor of "ESI Fund A/c No.1", payable at Faridabad

Important Instructions

• Selected candidates must submit an updated Medical Registration Certificate before joining.
• Temporary NOC from current employer is preferred for candidates working in Govt./Autonomous/Statutory institutions; if immediate NOC is not available, provide an undertaking and evidence of applying for NOC at document verification.
• No private practice allowed in any capacity after joining.
• PwD quota placements will be adjusted against General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS vacancies.
• Maximum tenure of engagement up to 70 years or till expiry of tenure, whichever is earlier, subject to applicable rules.
• Eligibility as per ESIC Headquarters Order No. Z-11/01/2/51/2022-MED-VI and subsequent orders.
• Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

How to Apply

• Offline application submission is mandatory. Bring the completed offline application form (as attached with the advertisement) along with self-attested copies of documents at the time of document verification.
• Document Verification will determine eligibility for interview.
• Candidates may apply for multiple posts listed if eligible; separate applications and fees must be submitted for each post.
• The cut-off date for age and qualifications is as on the date of Walk-in Interview.
• Appear for Document Verification before being permitted to attend the interview.
