Educational Qualification Details

• Junior Manager (Contract) (Design & Development): First Class Diploma/Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Electronic and Instrumentation / Electronics and Communications / Industrial & Production / Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Junior Manager (Contract) (Legal): First Class degree in any discipline with a First Class Degree in Law (LLB) or a First Class integrated LLB of 5 years duration.
• Junior Manager (Contract) (Production): First Class Diploma/Degree in Engineering in Industrial Production / Mechanical / Automobile / Mechanical Production and Industrial / Production Engineering and Management / Manufacturing.
• Junior Manager (Contract) (Quality): First Class Diploma/Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Metallurgy / Chemical / Electronics and Communications / Electronics and Instrumentations.
• Junior Manager (Contract) (Safety): First Class Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety Engineering OR First Class Diploma/Degree in Engineering with a one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety course conducted by Regional Labour Institute, Chennai, OR a one-year Diploma recognized by the Directorate General Factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes, Ministry of Labour & Employment, affiliated with the State Board of Technical Education.
• Junior Manager (Contract) (Marketing & Export): First Class Diploma/Degree in Engineering OR an M.B.A. in Marketing discipline.
• Assistant Manager (Contract) (Design & Development): First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Design / Thermal / Industrial Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Metallurgy / IC Engines / Robotics / Automobile / Electronics and Instrumentations / Electronics and Communications / Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Assistant Manager (Contract) (Mechanical Maintenance): First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial & Production.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on qualifications and/or performance in an interview/interaction.

Screening

• A Screening Committee will screen applications. Candidates must fill out the application form (attached with the advertisement) completely.
• The complete application form must be submitted to EFA for screening. Candidates will be shortlisted for an interview.
• The Company may adopt higher criteria if a large number of applicants meet the eligibility criteria.

Interview

• If required, a Personal Interview/interaction will be conducted.
• The offer of engagement will be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit and based on the number of vacancies. This is subject to verification of antecedents and caste certificates (for reserved category candidates) as per Government of India guidelines.
• Weightage for Selection:
  • Aggregate Marks secured in BE/B.Tech/Diploma etc.: 75%
  • Interview for shortlisted candidates: 25%
