Educational Qualifications by Post

• District Manager Quality Assurance (QA): MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with a full-time Masters in Hospital Administration/Health Management (MHA) and 2 years of public health/hospital administration experience. NABH/ISO 9001:2000/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen experience is preferred.
• District Consultant Quality Monitoring (QA): Degree in Statistics with good academic record; specialization in Biostatistics and health/hospital experience preferred.
• District PPM Coordinator (NTEP): Postgraduate in any discipline with one year experience in Communication/ACSM/PPP/Health projects; permanent two-wheeler driving licence; basic computer knowledge.
• TB HV (NTEP): Science graduate with at least 1 year of MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker experience and a computer operations certificate (minimum 2 months).
• Dental Technician (NOHP): 10+2 plus 2-year Diploma in Dental Technology; valid WB Dental Council registration; 1-year post-diploma experience in a WB govt. hospital or licensed clinical establishment.
• Dental Hygienist (NOHP): Diploma in Dental Hygienist; WB Dental Council registration; 2+ years’ experience.
• Psychiatric Nurse (NMHP): B.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing or M.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing/DPN; prior health/hospital experience preferred.
• Community Nurse (NMHP): GNM (Nursing) with 1 month training in Psychiatric Nursing; prior health/hospital experience preferred.
• Physiotherapist (NPCDCS): Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy; 2+ years’ hospital experience; Master’s in Physiotherapy preferred.

Age Limit

Age limits are post-specific, with most posts capped at 40 years as of 01/01/2025; relaxation as per norms. Specific minimum ages vary by post (e.g., 18-40, 21-40, etc.).

• Last date of Registration: 29/12/2025 (midnight)
• Last date of Final Submission of Form: 31/12/2025 (midnight)
• Last date of receiving Hard Copy & Demand Draft: 02/01/2026 up to 5:00 pm

Application Fee

• Rs. 100 for UR and EWS categories.
• Rs. 50 for reserved categories.
• Fee payable via Demand Draft in favor of “DH & FWS, ALIPURDUAR, NON NHM ACCOUNT”, payable at Alipurduar. No other mode of payment is accepted.

• Ensure online form is fully completed; incomplete forms will be cancelled.
• Upload a proper signature and photograph; improper uploads may lead to cancellation.
• Provide all required documents and the original Demand Draft with the hard copy submission.
• The hard copy must reach the CMOH Alipurduar by 02/01/2026; late submissions will not be accepted.
• Regularly check the Official Website and the Alipurduar district portal for updates.
• The recruitment panel is valid for one year from approval date and vacancies may be filled from the panel within that period.
• No TA/DA will be paid for selection/test/interview.
• The decision of the competent authority is final.
