Age Details

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years
• Date of Birth: Born not earlier than 02-12-1997 and not later than 01-12-2005 (both dates inclusive)
• Age relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years; Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 10 years
• Note: The maximum age limit of 28 years is applicable to General Category and EWS candidates

Eligibility Details

Nationality

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the central government.

Essential Qualification

• The candidate should have completed graduation between 01-04-2021 and 01-12-2025.

Experience

• Candidates with one year or more of training or job experience after completing their education shall not be eligible for engagement as Apprentice.

Registration

• Candidates must register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at https://nats.education.gov.in.

Prior Apprenticeship

• The candidate should not have previously undergone apprenticeship with Bank of India or any other organization.

Physical Fitness

• Engagement is subject to being declared medically fit as per the Bank’s requirement, with a medical fitness certificate from a practising registered medical physician (minimum MBBS).

General Information / Instructions

• Candidates can apply for engagement in only one state and one zone.
• The number of training seats is provisional and may vary according to the Bank’s requirements.
• Apprentices will be engaged as Trainees and will not be considered permanent employees.
• The apprenticeship period is one year and does not confer any lien or guarantee of permanent employment.
• No Ex-servicemen or Disabled Ex-Servicemen shall be engaged as Apprentices, and no reservation for them.
• Apprentices are prohibited from joining or forming any union body.
• Certificates may be issued on successful completion of the Apprenticeship by relevant boards.
• The Bank reserves the right to cancel the engagement at any time for misconduct.
• Multiple applications will result in the latest valid application being retained.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.

How to Apply (Summary)

1. Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
2. Log in to NATS portal with your credentials.
3. Apply against the Bank of India advertisement.
4. Expect an email confirmation within 48 hours of applying.
5. Complete the Application cum Examination Fee Form and provide required data.
6. Make the online examination fee payment.
7. Note the Enrolment ID for future reference.
8. You will receive an email with a copy of the form after payment.
