Age Information

• Maximum age: 45 years as on 17-12-2025.
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC. No relaxation for SC/ST/OBC applying to unreserved vacancies.
• PwBD candidates: age relaxation up to 10 years for General, 13 years for OBC, and 15 years for SC/ST.

Eligibility Qualifications

• A postgraduate Medical Degree in the respective discipline from a NMC-recognized University/Institute.
• For the Trauma & Emergency department, applications from candidates holding MD/MS/DNB in Anesthesia/Emergency Medicine/General Medicine/General Surgery/Orthopedics will be considered.

Essential qualifications

• Registration with NMC/MCI/State medical council is mandatory before joining if selected.

General Instructions

• The appointment is initially for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance and conduct.
• Position falls under the Government of India Residency Scheme.
• Indian Nationals only. Candidates should not have completed 3 years of Senior Residency previously in any Govt. medical institution.
• Govt. employees must bring a No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.
• Vacancies are provisional and subject to variation.
• Selected candidates will be medically fit.
